Catholic Charities Hawai‘i recently celebrated the completion of the fourth and final phase of our Meheula Vista senior affordable rental housing development in Mililani Mauka.

Built over a nine-year period in four phases, Meheula Vista serves seniors with incomes of 60 percent or less of the area median income, housing four apartment buildings totaling 301 housing units and 170 on-site parking stalls.

“Our organization had the foresight 25 years ago to establish Catholic Charities Housing Development Corporation to allow us to build affordable rentals for seniors, families, and the underserved,” said Catholic Charities Hawai‘i president and CEO Rob Van Tassell. “Mahalo to all stakeholders who helped develop this project and those who joined us on this special day.”
