Bringing the Spirit of Giving to Hilo for the First Time with the Light the World Giving Machines
We are excited to announce the arrival of the 2024 Light the World Giving Machines at Prince Kūhiō Plaza in Hilo! This is the first time the Giving Machines will be on Hawai‘i Island, providing the community with a meaningful way to give back this holiday season.
The Giving Machines will be operational for six weeks, from November 22, 2024, to January 2, 2025, offering an opportunity to donate essential products and services to support local and international non-profits.
Who Benefits?
This year’s Giving Machines will support five local non-profits, including:
- Catholic Charities Hawai‘i
- Project Hawai‘i
- Pōhāhā I Ka Lani
- Neighborhood Place of Puna
- Salvation Army
Additionally, two international non-profits—The Academy for Creating Enterprise and Medicine for All People—will also benefit from your generosity.
