Foster or Relative Placement Services

Catholic Charities Hawai‘i offers a number of foster and relative placements services across the state, including:

Hale Mālama – specialized foster care for young children with special care needs.  We currently provide foster care for children ages 0-5.

Permanency Support Services – monitoring and safe and stable placement of children in foster or relative care across state lines.

Nā ‘Ohana Pulāma – therapeutic foster care and group home program for emotionally and behaviorally challenged youth. 

Statewide Resource Families – assessment, training, and licensing of child-specific resource families.
