With over 25 years of experience in finance, public accounting, internal audit and treasury, David is currently the Chief Financial Officer of ProService Hawaii, the state’s largest Professional Employer Organization. ProService Hawaii provides comprehensive HR outsourcing solutions for over 2,000 Hawaii businesses and 35,000 work-site employees. Prior to ProService, David was the Founder and President of Xpedite LLC, a business process outsourcing company. Additionally, David served as the VP of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer for Hawaiian Electric Industries, the largest publically traded company in Hawaii, and also spent 13 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Honolulu-based accounting firm Accuity LLP.

David is a graduate of the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and of the Executive Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business. He also holds a post-baccalaureate certificate in pre-medical studies from Georgetown University and is a licensed CPA in Hawaii (non-active).

David is married to Dr. Elizabeth Ignacio and is the proud father of Gracie (13) and Mikey (12). He has been active on numerous non-profit boards in Hawaii over the past 12 years.
