Capital Campaign
Providing Help; Building a Future with Hope
Catholic Charities Hawai‘i is committed to serve all people, especially those with the greatest need. To further our mission the organization is undertaking an aggressive $28M capital campaign to purchase and renovate property located at 1822 Keeaumoku Street in Makiki.
The new Catholic Charities Hawai‘i Clarence T. C. Ching Campus establishes a permanent home and one location will create a one-stop shop for a range of services and consolidate previous operations that were spread across urban Honolulu.
Major renovations have upgraded existing buildings on the property and converted the main structure into a two-floor Program Center. The exterior, something of a landmark in Makiki, remains and is the cornerstone of the organization's campus. Easily accessible, the new campus and expanded facilities provide help to all in need – children, families, immigrants and seniors. Each year CCH provides
services to tens of thousands and served more than 60,000 people through over 30 programs.
