The Trainer/Coordinator develops, coordinates, and conducts training activities for staff, foster parents and natural parents. This position also oversees the evaluation process that includes program/home certification evaluations, program outcomes and research. The Trainer/Coordinator must demonstrate an active commitment to Catholic Charities Hawai’i’s Mission and strive to incorporate the Core Values in all aspects of daily work.
EDUCATIONAL & WORK REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field with three (3) years experience or more working with children/youth.
EMPLOYMENT CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Applicable background checks: HI State criminal check, TB Clearance, CAN Clearance, FBI Clearance, Driver’s License, No-Fault Insurance Card, and Access to Insured Vehicle.
