Job Description:

The part-time, Resident Manager/Mentor models and provides young adults guidance in developing their independent living skills in functional areas of employment and career, education, general living and community life situations.  The Resident Manager/Mentor must demonstrate an active commitment to Catholic Charities Hawaii’s mission and strive to incorporate the organization’s four core values in all aspects of daily work.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma with two (2) years experience working with adolescents or young adults.  Must be flexible with work availability which may include early morning and evening hours and weekends. Applicable background checks:

Applicable background checks: CAN clearance, FBI clearance, HI State criminal check, health requirement clearances (TB clearance), educational verification, valid driver’s license, copy of no-fault automobile insurance, access to insured vehicle are required post job offer.  Clearances are needed no later than the end of the 1st month of employment.
