The Case Management Assistant provides paraprofessional counseling and case management services for clients/residents under the supervision of a licensed Social Worker (MSW). The Case Manager must demonstrate an active commitment to Catholic Charities Mission and strives to incorporate the four Core Values in all aspects of daily work.
EDUCATION & WORK REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited school in Social Work or related human services field and three (3) years of casework experience. Full time work schedule is preferred, however part time will be considered.
EMPLOYMENT CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Applicable background checks; HI State criminal check, TB clearance, valid driver's license, copy of no-fault automobile insurance, access to insured vehicle, traffic abstract, and CPR/First Aid.
